Boiler Replacements
Barclay Court Bed and Breakfast
The Barclay Court Bed & Breakfast was Seattle AIA's "Home of the Year for 2003". It was designed by Adams Mohler Ghillino Architects, in Seattle. The home features a Wirsbo radiant floor on the lower level and (12) Buderus "Solidoflux" wall panel radiators on the upper levels. The system fincludes a Viessmann Vitodens wall hung boiler and 53g VitoCell horizontal DHW Tank, installed in a small closet.
The owner is a well-known glass artist, who built a glass stairway in the atrium of the home. He also did the glass tiles in the Master Bath and lavatory, from glass chips.
